Grilled Orange Peppers - Mellow Secret
Grab some orange peppers. Buy organic or farmers market if possible.
Don't use red or green peppers, only orange peppers. They have a more mellow taste.
Wash, cut open and remove seeds, stalks and white flesh. Cut into strips.
Sprinkle with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Bake in 400F oven until soft and just beginning to brown.
Remove from oven, cover, and let sit for a few minutes to cool.
Peel off the skin and serve.
