Alcohol - If you drink too much try this
Let's not talk about abstinence.
Instead let's get real and try to reduce the impact of what you currently drink. Let's be pragmatic and reduce the impact of alcohol on your body. Try this..
Wait. Meaning, try to wait until after a full breakfast. The body works in cycles, and early in the morning the liver is incredibly susceptible to damage. So try to wait before you start drinking. Having a drink as soon as you wake up is terrible for the liver.
Avoid Acetaminophen. Yes, you probably need a Tylenol as soon as you wake. But avoid it. Acetaminophen can be bad for the liver.
Try yogurt. Especially the small probiotic drinkable units. These are healthy and also slow alcohol absorbtion. So pop one before you drink.
Stopping drinking is very important. But it's hard. So in the meantime try to be realistic and minimize the damage.
