Ken's Saute Onions

Take an onion, peel and chop. How take a whole bulb of garlic and grate course. Yes, a bulb not a clove. Remove as much skin as you can.

Cut up a slice of prosciotto.

Saute the garlic, than add the onions and prosciotto. Then add a spash of white wine and a splash of chicken stock. Grind on some fresh pepper and add a pinch of salt. Add some chopped fresh parsley or your favotite herb.

Saute unti reduced to a thick consistency, don't burn.

Done.

Tech Notes:
This is a great side for burgers and hot dogs. But also a great addition to many other recipes.
