Breakfast in a Mug
Here's a fresh healthy breakfast made from scratch in under 60 seconds. It will take you longer to make your toast!
Break an egg into a mug, add a splash of milk and beat well. Add a tiny grind of salt and pepper. Just a tad.
Add whatever fixings you like. I like a slice of tomato and a bit of my favorite cheese. Sometimes I add a snippet of smoked salmon or prosciutto.
Add whatever you like.. or nothing.
Microwave for 60 seconds then turn out over toast and eat.
Want an extra buttery taste? Just add a small piece of butter before you microwave.
Like your eggs runny? Just microwave for less time. Try 45 seconds.
If you're really in a rush just grab the mug and a spoon and eat on the go.
