Breakfast in a Mug



Here's a fresh healthy breakfast made from scratch in under 60 seconds. It will take you longer to make your toast!

Break an egg into a mug, add a splash of milk and beat well. Add a tiny grind of salt and pepper. Just a tad.

Add whatever fixings you like. I like a slice of tomato and a bit of my favorite cheese. Sometimes I add a snippet of smoked salmon or prosciutto. I've even added fresh greens such as spinach or arugula.

Add whatever you like.. or nothing.

Microwave for 60 seconds then turn out over toast and eat.

Want an extra buttery taste? Just add a small piece of butter before you microwave.

Like your eggs runny? Just microwave for less time. Try 45 seconds.

Need to make breakfast for the whole crew? Just line up the mugs, then microwave and serve one after the other. Fast and efficient.

If you're really in a rush just grab the mug and a spoon and eat on the go.
