Ken's Drumsticks

Take a few chicken drumsticks, dry well and throw into a baking dish.

Add chopped bell peppers, chopped onions, a few garlic cloves and sliced potatoes.

Now season: salt, pepper, paprika, parsely and olive oil. Mix well.

Add a splash of chicken stock, white wine and balsamic vinegar.

Preheat oven to 350F and then bake for one hour.

Squeeze on fresh lemon juice and serve.

Tech Notes:
Chop the parsley and use leaves only, discard the stems.
Use orange and red peppers only, they have a mellower taste than the green. And if you like really mellow use orange only.
Crush the cloves of garlic to release the oil.
Only one dish to clean!!!!!!
